JACKSON NH – The concert begins at 6:00pm and ends at 11:00pm! The musicians that play this night receive no fee. They play out of the joy that they get from playing with fellow musicians they don’t get to play with often. More importantly, they play to honor three fellow musicians who loved life and gave to the community their gift of music, and can continue their legacy through the scholarship.
The concert would not be possible were it not for the support of many people. We thank our host, The Shannon Door Pub. We also wish to thank yearly raffle prize donors Attitash Bear Peak, Wildcat Inn and Tavern, Shannon Door, Jackson Ski Touring, Jewelry by Tim Psaledakis, North Country Fair Jewelers, Wildcat Mountain, King Pine, Joseph’s Spaghetti Shed and Sugarmaker Bakery, Muddy Moose, North Conway Music, and Settlers Green. Thank you also to Alpine Web, Minuteman Press, Web Maintain, Mountain Ear, Conway Daily Sun, and WMWV for helping us to get the word out.
The scholarship is funded totally by the annual concert and raffle, which is not only a fundraiser, but a celebration of the lives of three men who always encouraged young people to pursue their dreams, especially their musical dreams.
Tickets – Admission tickets are available at the Shannon Door Pub the night of the concert. The ticket price remains $8.00.
